She never left me wondering if they were going to get to the job. The crew on-site were very respectful of the property during demolition and rebuilding of my chimney. They cleaned up every day and did not cause any property damage. The new chimney looks great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this team

Our project was restoration of a historic chimney and fireplace in a period piece home. Communication between office and field staff is a little shaky but nothing that can't be overcome.

Comments: Very knowledgeable about fire codes. I wanted to do something that I didn't know was not per code. A different contractor recommended this action. As soon as I discussed my plan with Isaac, he told me it was not per code. They did a great job repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. They also repaired the mortar on both of our chimneys. Great work. Friendly crew.
